Lessons123 Academic & Music Lessons, LLC. cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any background check that may have been provided by any teacher or background check company. Lessons123 Academic & Music Lessonss, LLC also cannot confirm that there has not been a material change in a teacher's record since a background check was run or provided. Therefore, it is entirely up to the student/client to determine if any teacher is suitable when starting lessons and at any time thereafter.

Lessons123 Academic & Music Lessonss, LLC. shall not be liable for any damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from any actions by any and all of our independently contracted teachers. Individual teachers are responsible for their own actions and are not employees of Lessons123 Academic & Music Lessonss, LLC. Any damages resulting from the action or inaction of an individual teacher shall be the sole responsibility of that teacher and the student/parent agrees not to look to Lessons123 Academic & Music Lessons, LLC. for any damages caused by said teacher.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable in any respect by any court having competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
